Years 5 and 6 pupils at Bicker Prepatory School dressed up as early Britons
to try to recreate life in the Stone Age.Youngsters dressed as cavemen and women,
made models and painted scenes of Stonehenge and devised a play about cavemen
based on a short story by H G Wells.Parents were invited in to watch the play.
Parents of Year 3 and 4 pupils were also in school to see children perform
Egyptian music and dance. Youngsters donned Egyptian dress and learned how to
write and count in Arabic. Every child made a bookmark with their name
printed in Arabic.

Technology for your child is about:

Physical Education for your child is about:
- developing an awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses
- participating in team games and school athletic events
- learning the rules of football, cricket, rounder's, netball and tag rugby
- participating as a member of a team and learning the importance of fair play
- working to improve individual gymnastic skills through the B.A.G.A scheme
- health and hygiene and the care of their bodies
